Return & Refund Policy

1. We offer a 4-Week Results Money-Back Guarantee:
   If you do not notice any improvement or visible results after consistent use for 4 weeks, you may request a return and refund.

2. Usage Proof Required:
   To qualify for the money-back guarantee, we require before and after pictures taken 4 weeks apart under similar lighting, along with proof of consistent product usage.

3. Return Request Timeframe:
   Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

4. Condition of Returned Item:
   The product must be returned with at least 30% of the serum remaining in the bottle as proof of usage. Completely empty bottles are not eligible for a refund.

5. Return Shipping:
   The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our return address. Once we receive and review the product, the refund will be processed.

6. Refund Method:
   Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

7. Non-Refundable Situations:
   Refunds are not offered for change of mind, refusal to accept the parcel, incorrect address entry, or if the product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
