2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. Payment will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
Please ensure the phone number provided is active, so the courier can contact you if needed.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you may receive a call or WhatsApp message for address confirmation.
If we are unable to verify your order within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Occasional free shipping offers may be applied during promotions.

Street / Area

Active Phone Number

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays.

If the courier attempts delivery and the parcel is:

Refused by the customer

Not received due to unavailability

Unable to reach the customer

The parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer may be restricted from placing Cash on Delivery orders in the future.

Once dispatched, your parcel may be assigned a tracking number. Tracking availability depends on the courier operating in your area.
